Don wood started Northside Property Inspections in 2002 after having worked for Tyrrells Property Inspections since 1996. Northside Property Inspections was formed to specialize mainly in pre purchase building and pest inspections reports.

BUILDING AND PEST CONSULTANT

Don Wood is a qualified and experienced Building Consultant, and has been inspecting buildings in the Sydney metropolitan area, Central Coast and Blue Mountains areas for the past 10 years. Don is a specially trained and qualified Building Consultant, and aims to provide a quality service producing well written reports that are easily understandable and to verbally communicate the extent of the building defects to the client.
Northside Property Inspections strives to maintain the highest possible standard of professionalism, ethics, honesty, integrity and knowledge.
Don is committed to continuing education and sits on the executive committee of the Institute Of Building Consultants.
Prior to working as a building consultant, Don worked in the building industry for 33 years as a qualified builder and carpenter. Don is fully licensed and comprehensively insured.
