Main Meal

Chicken Vee Jaes: Pan fried and topped with a chilli, garlic and rosemary red wine jus
Chicken Boscaiola: Pan fried with bacon and mushrooms and topped with a cream sauce
Veal ai Funghi: Served with a cream sautéed mushroom sauce
Steak Diane: Char-grilled medium and topped with Worcestershire, brandy, garlic and cream sauce
