The food concept is food from the Tropics. Dishes from around the world in all the great tea growing countries. Tiffin style dishes form India, noodles and Satay from Malaysia, steamed prawns from China and a blend of fusion cooking.
In the mornings we serve light or hearty breakfasts with fresh juices tea or coffee.
Teas are all loose leaf with a selection of Mariage Freres Ceylon blend and Penelope Sach Herbal tea. Coffee consists of a full range from capuccino, mocca, latte, and ristretto using the della creme range by Belaroma.
Our professional team of chefs is under the leadership of Gavin Wu who has great experience in creating innovative and tantalizing' meals with the asian influence. He is a perfectionist when it comes to presentation and taste using only the freshest ingredients available.
Desserts are delicious and eye catching created by our Chef Peta Outzen and they include a warm Amaretto Pudding and a chilled Lemon Souffle.
This beautiful restaurant in the heart of the C.B.D is opened for breakfast from 7 am, Lunch and right through to Dinner from Monday to Friday.
The total area is so expansive that it lends itself to private functions from cocktail parties to large corporate functions for dinner seating 120 people comfortably. Our proffessional team will assist you in making your occasion perfect.
