Cube has its own uniquely rich blend of coffee made up of beans from India, Africa and Indonesia and freshly roasted in Sydney. Once roasted, the beans are stored for 7 days so their peak flavour is obtained prior to grinding and serving.

Cube contains 100% arabica beans and is not mixed with the cheaper robusta bean. This pure arabica blend gives a smoother taste, but does make it more difficult to create the rich creama that is so valued by the coffee connoisseur. This is where the expert cube Barista ensures that the extraction of coffee and also milk consistency provides you with the best coffee, every time.
