European Catering & Special Events was established in 1991 and is owned and operated by Twins Arnold and Carlo Huber. European Catering & Special Events is recognised as Sydney's leading Event Production Company and has the resources and experience to make your entire day a success.
Growing up in the beautiful Austria-Vienna, I've learned to appreciate good food and the availability of the best ingredients, fresh fish from cold mountain streams, the game, mushrooms and berries from the woods, the cheeses and cream from the Alps, known in all of Europe, and the smoked meats and fresh produce from the farm.
Later during our formal training in Vienna in the wine country above Wachau, I've come to understand the intricacies of the proper marriage of food and wine.
After finishing hotel and restaurant management, I've worked in Germany, Switzerland, France and the United States.
It has been our purpose here to try and translate all of our training and expertise, our years of living, learning and observing into the Europe version of what we've known and loved - a synthesis of time and experience.
