Bankstown Sports Club has two other club properties, namely Baulkham Hills Sports Club and the Handle Bar at the Dunc Gray Velodrome

Baulkham Hills Sports Club
(located at 11 Renown Road Baulkham Hills)

amalgamated with Bankstown Sports Club in February 1999. The merger was a natural one as both clubs have a common interest in the promotion and growth of sport and sporting groups within their respective communities.

Baulkham Hills Sports Club has 13 sporting sub-clubs representing over 2000 junior and senior sportsmen and women. Baulkham Hills Sports Club is also the hub of the Hills district community providing strong financial assistance to local charities. We have also contributed to improvements to sporting fields owned by Council.

Facilities include:

  • 'Alexander's Treetop Restaurant' which offers top quality and real 'value for money' fare, prepared by internationally trained chef Walter Schembri.

  • An auditorium that can seat 250 people and two function rooms for smaller parties, seminars and conferences.
  • Sports people linked with the club have access to four ovals and numerous netball and tennis courts at Ted Horwood Reserve situated directly opposite the club.
