Tae Box
A combination of boxing/kicking and weight training for high fat burning and body shaping. Expect great results in fat loss and upper/lower body toning. A simple and fun class with no choreographed aerobics.

Aerobox
A fun class designed to give you an intense cardio workout. Gloves and pads are provided and you work in pairs to take turns to punch the stress from your day.
Tuesday 6.30pm
Aero Kick
As above, with kicking.
Thursday 5.30pm
Aero Combat
Two hours of kicking and punching.
