Which class is right for me?

Move & Sculpt*
Contributes to general tone, flexibility and mobility of the whole body using light resistance.

Cardio Cross Train*
A low impact medium intensity aerobic class with
moderate level complexity in choreography.

Barbell Class*
A complete workout using barbells and free weights for muscle toning and endurance. Gets YOU into fantastic shape fast.

Cardio Moves
High energy and impact workout to improve aerobic
fitness and the cardiovascular system.

Step Combat*
Punch, Jab, Hook, Kick, the fat away. Fight your way
to overall fitness.  Equally popular with men and women.

Cardio Circuit.*
A cardio and resistance based class using resistance equipment.

Hip/Hop
Street dance class featuring the latest latin, funk and club dance moves.

Ab Attack*
A  half hour class dedicated to abdominal and lower back
exercises that challenge all levels of fitness.

Cardio 1/2 hour*-
A half hour of low and high impact aerobics

YOGA (Hatha)
A flowing dynamic class using traditional poses and sequences to improve strength and flexibility.   Suitable for everyone.

                  (not included in membership)
PILATES
A specialized exercise class that improves core stability,
abdominal and back strength, flexibility, posture and alignment.
