Serving up an unpretentious yet scrumptious menu, The Basement offers delicious, fresh meals from a distinctly modern Australian cuisine. To suit both your taste buds and your budget, you can choose from meals in either the restaurant or from our bistro menu.
The restaurant is not only open 7 nights a week but is also dedicated to serving excellent lunch time meals whether youve only got an hour or whether youre in for the long lunch for an office celebration or escape.
LUNCH
12 2.30pm Mon - Fri
Get out of the sun and heat, get out of wind and rain, but get out of the office at lunch time and re-energise your day with a bowl of pasta, a schnitzel or a great salad or mouth watering steak.*

DINNER
From 7.30pm - 7 nights
At night before the show starts, feast on an excellent 2 course meal with the likes of butter nut pumpkin pansotti in a tomato, basil and parmesan sauce, pacific oysters with wasabi and soya sauce, or chicken and fresh herb terrine with tomato chutney, and follow it with char-grilled scotch fillet with mushroom sauce, Atlantic salmon fillet with parsnip ribbons and olive bur blanc, lamb fillet tenderloins on wilted radicchio, tomato and chat potato salad, or breast of chicken with char-grilled vegetables and cream walnut sauce.*
BISTRO
12 2.30pm Mon Fri 5.30 late 7 nights
But, if its some fuel youre after, you cant go past the yummy snack and bistro menu with delicious antipasto plates, calamari and chips, tempura chicken pieces with sesame mayonnaise and chips, spicy beef or vegetarian nachos, burgers, BLTs, a range of pastas and sauces schnitzels, steaks and salads.*
