Michael started out as a jewellery apprentice before completing a design diploma in gold and silver smithing at RMIT. He then went on to complete a diploma of gemmology followed by a jewellery valuer's course. His business is reknowned for on the spot services, ranging from watch battery replacement and pressure testing to fine jewellery repair, remodelling and design.
