A team of 27 highly qualified massage and natural therapists form the centre. All have graduated from major colleges and universities in Australia and are registered with various associations and major health funds offering health rebates.

MASSAGE SERVICES AVAILABLE AT THE CENTRE
Swedish Massage
A gentle, light, 'flowing' massage using a combination of different strokes. Techniques are mainly used for relaxation.
Remedial Massage
It is a firm to deep massage, working muscles and soft tissues. Techniques are used to help minor problems and generalised aches and pains throughout the body.
Sports Massage
It is a deeper, more robust massage than remedial. The practitioner uses specific skills and works closely on problem spots, ligaments, muscles and tendons and usually includes stretches that benefit the whole body and helps to eliminate lactic acid build up.
Deep Tissue
Very deep techniques, loosens muscle fibres, separating them from one another so they can act freely with more flexibility.
Trigger Therapy
A trigger point is a sensitive, painful area in the muscle. The therapist applies pressure to "erase" the trigger point.
Shiatsu
A deep, sensitive, relaxing massage performed on a futon mat on the floor.
Aromatherapy
This therapy uses aromatic plant extracts in a special type of massage that targets the client's physical and emotional health.
Pregnancy Massage
Is gentle remedial massage to benefit prenatal "aches and pains", tension, fatigue, stress and much more.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic massage flushes out the toxins, relaxes the nervous system and aids the immune system.
Accupressure
Ancient Chinese Massage. The practitioner uses finger, palm, knuckles and elbow to release blocked chi - or energy, running through our bodies.
Multi Skilled
Many of the "Massage Specialists" team are multi skilled. They can use a blend of different skills throughout their massage session to address the client's varied and different requirements.
