Daniel Perchey is an outstanding restaurateur with a solid background in the management of food and beverage operations at all levels in Australia and overseas.

Trained in France, Daniel travelled the world to develop his expertise, settling in Australia in 1980.

Daniel's partner, Olivier Mauchien, has worked in some of Paris's finest Restaurants. Regularly listed in the Famous Michelin Restaurant Guide, Olivier brings authentic French style to Cafe Sel .
