 Australian Red Cross

Australian Red Cross volunteers were there when sole survivor of the Thredbo disaster, Stuart Diver, was lifted to safety. Red Cross personal support members were in Thredbo, Cooma, Jindabyne and Sydney helping the friends and families of those trapped in the rubble.

Red Cross volunteers are making the difference in so many ways through the many Red Cross programs including the Migrant Youth Orientation program, to help migrants adapt to adult life in Australia and the Red Cross First Aid Training course.
