BODY HEALTH FITNESS CENTRE

Weights Area
Weight training shapes and tones your muscles.  Helps you burn kilojoules/energy while at rest.  Strengthens bones, reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
The younger generation need to do weights to develop a sound and strong body.
Women need to do weights as a preventative measure against osteoporosis.
The older generation need to do weights to maintain their quality of life and independence.

Cardio Area
Cardiovascular exercise helps your heart and lungs function better.  It helps to control blood pressure, while relieving stress and improving your bodies efficiency.

Personal Training
If time or motivation are your enemies, then a personal trainer could be the answer.

Child Minding
To make it easier for you to workout, child minding is included in the cost of using our centre.  It is not an additional expense.
