ROWERS RESTAURANT
The Rowers Restaurant incorporates both the Regatta and Bay rooms with the wall dividers removed. It is available for 150 people seated, however, with the dance floor in place the maximum number is reduced to 130.

A hire fee of $660.00 is charged for exclusive use of the whole venue.


REGATTA ROOM
The Regatta Room has a lovely view down Mosman Bay and has access to the balcony for pre dinner drinks. It is available for functions for 50 - 80 people seated and 80 guests for a cocktail function.

The hire fee of $385.00 applies.


BAY ROOM
This room is smaller in size but also enjoys views of Mosman Bay. It is appropriate for 30 people seated and 40 - 70 people for cocktail functions and also has access to the balcony.

The hire fee of $275.00 applies.

All of the above rooms are quoted for five hours hire.  Extra time will be charged at $330.00 per hour or part thereof.


THE GALLERY
This room is positioned on the first floor of the Club. It is completely separate from any other facility within the Club and is therefore quiet and ideal for business meetings and conferences. There is a flat hire fee of $330.00 per day, which includes all seating requirements. Food and beverage requirements can be arranged at your convenience by our Function Manager. We also have white-board, flip chart and TV/video facilities.

MENUS
We provide a wide range of dinner and cocktail menus. These menus are examples of what is being offered at present, alterations to the menu can be arranged on discussion with the Function Manager to suit any particular tastes or dietary requirements.

BEVERAGES
Beverages are sold on a consumption basis. We use only good quality bottled product from a major wine company. Wine styles may vary depending on demand and availability. Our licence does not provide for BYO.

MUSIC
We can arrange a high quality musical accompaniment for your function. Specific music mixes can be catered for of which prices can be discussed.
Note: The Club's licence prohibits the playing of music above an ambient level after 11pm and 10pm on Sundays.

FLOWERS AND DECORATIONS
If you require specific flower arrangements and decorations, we can provide details and information to assist you in personalising your special day.

TABLES AND LINEN
The Restaurant has resources available to arrange any specific requirements that you may need.

DEPOSIT
To secure your booking a deposit of $660.00 is required. Cancellation of function forfeits deposit. Date of your function can be changed to a date within 3 months of original booking subject to availability and must be approximately the same number of guests, or greater, than the original booking.

CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of numbers and menu is required 8 working days prior to the function. The confirmed number is the minimum number to be billed.

PAYMENT
Payment for the minimum food component and any hire charges and incidentals, must be finalised 7 working days prior to the function by cheque of cash. No credits or refunds for cancellations after this date. Beverage to be paid in full at the end of the function by credit card or cash.

ENTRY TO CLUB
All persons entering the premises are subject to the Registered Clubs Act and are required to comply with regulations regarding residential qualifications. Mosman Rowing Club requires at least one host of the function to be a member of the Club for the registration of guests, Rowers Restaurant will extend a complimentary membership on confirmation of function.
