varied and colourful Martinique flavours in
dishes such as:

• Chicken Breast marinated in spices, poached in
  coconut milk and served with thin sliced baked potatoes

• Sensational Caribbean curried leg of lamb,
  seasoned with fresh ground spices and served with
  fragrant rice

• A whole snapper, poached in authentic Martinique
  style, marinated with herbs and spices, lemon juice,
  then poached in an exotic broth and served with
  julienne of carrot & courgette.
