Colin Barratt is the Managing Director of C.S.Barratt Building Consultants.

Colin arrived in Australia from the UK in 1981 after completing his trade and advanced courses.

Since his arrival in Australia, Colin has been engaged in all aspects of the building industry in commercial, residential and industry works.

After many years experience in construction Colin has dedicated the last fourteen years to building consultancy.

As well as being accredited with the Master Builders Association and the Institute of Building Consultants, Colin regularly updates his professional education by attending meetings, seminars and forums enabling the best updated information in the Building Consultancy field providing you with the most current updated information available.

Colin held the position of President of the Institute of Building Consultants 1999 - 2001.

All reports carried out by C.S.Barratt Building Consultants and advice offered comply with the relevant Australian Standards and are covered by professional Indemnity Insurance.
