Salt offers a full event management service to you. Functions can be arranged on site at Salt utilising any one of or all of the following spaces or off site at your chosen location. Price on application and terms and conditions apply.

The Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room is a versatile space, perfect for hosting lunch or dinner from 8- 20 guests. Ideal for product launches, business or social engagements, we are able to cater for your specific needs. Your choice of a fixed price 2 or 3 course menu for a luncheon, or for dinner a 3 course menu or chef's 5 - 7 course degustation menu is available to you. The Private Dinning Room can also be booked for a daytime conference offering working lunches and conference packages including morning and afternoon tea.
Capacity: 8–20 guests

Fix
Fix can be made exclusively available to you for your special event. It is the ideal evening party space or can be utilised during the day for a variety of different events from photo shoots, filming and product launches to a sit down lunch. Price on application.
Capacity: 30 seated or 50 standing

Salt
Salt restaurant can be made available to you for exclusive use for breakfast and lunch. We can work with you to create a menu especially suited to the particular style or theme of the event. Price on application.
Capacity: 70 guests

Salt at Home
Celebrated Chef Luke Mangan will come to your home or offsite event to cook and serve food from especially created menus. To enjoy the Salt experience in your own environment – cocktail parties, lunches and dinners for 10 or more can organised.
