Cassata  a rich vanilla, chocolate and tutti frutti gelato envelopes a a unique liqueur sponge centre. We have taken an Italian classic to the next level.

Tartufo  
A dark chocolate nougat gelato rolled in moist chocolate sponge cake. A delight for lovers of chocolate.

Tropicana - A trio of fresh fruit sorbets - mango, lemon and strawberry. simple and naturally refreshing. (Non Dairy)

Chocolate Mint  
The perfect partnership of fresh mint and chocolate flakes, classically finished with luscious chocolate gelato.

Passionfruit  
A hidden delight of fresh passionfruit and creamy gelato encased in a tempting dark chocolate shell.

Bacio  
Ebony and Ivory. A sweet marriage of white chocolate and bacio gelato to tempt the most cultured palate.

Caramel Delight  A sumptuous caramel centre, trapped inside a creme caramel gelato and deliciously rolled in a moist sponge cake.
